Job Overview

Hanna Dental Implant Center is seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Dental Office Manager/Treatment Coordinator to lead our dental practice with enthusiasm and professionalism. In this pivotal role, you will oversee daily office operations, coordinate patient treatment plans, and ensure a smooth, efficient, and welcoming environment for both staff and patients. Your leadership will drive practice success by managing administrative functions, fostering excellent patient relationships, and ensuring compliance. This position offers an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful impact in a dynamic dental setting while utilizing your expertise in dental practice management and treatment plan presentation.

Duties

Manage daily office operations, including scheduling, patient flow, and administrative workflows to maximize efficiency and patient satisfaction
Coordinate treatment planning by discussing procedures, financing options, and post-treatment care with patients to ensure clarity and comfort
Supervise dental staff, including front desk personnel, hygienists, and assistants, fostering a collaborative team environment
Handle financial aspects such as billing, coding, insurance claims processing, budgeting, and managing practice finances with fiscal responsibility
Provide exceptional customer service by addressing patient inquiries promptly and professionally while maintaining a positive practice reputation

Requirements

Proven experience in dental office management and strong treatment knowledge
Familiarity with Dentrix; proficiency in Microsoft Office suite is a plus
Knowledge of dental billing & coding procedures, and the reimbursement processes
Excellent managerial communication skills to lead teams effectively and foster a positive work environment
Demonstrated ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail in medical administrative support tasks
