WHAT WE NEED:

Human Resources Supervisor will be responsible for partnering with the HR Manager within the HR Department in the day-to day HR operations. This position balances hands-on execution with process improvement, ensuring compliance, consistent employee experience, and timely HR support companywide.

JOB DUTIES

- Holding responsibility over the company’s hours tracking, time and attendance, and payroll

- Administering the company’s designated benefits package, including, but not limited to, Health Insurance, Vision Insurance, Dental Insurance, STD, LTD, and 401(K)

- Overseeing the employee on-boarding, orientation, and benefits enrollment

- Understanding and administering all human resource policies & programs

- Issuing employee notices and communication as necessary

- Ensuring compliance with all applicable federal and state labor law requirements

- Coordinating with outside staffing agencies to secure temporary employees, based on departmental needs

- Maintain accurate HR data, personnel files, and reporting dashboards

- Responsible for full cycle recruitment and partnership with hiring managers

- Serve as first point of contact for employee questions and concerns, escalate complex issues as needed

Related Job Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in human resource management, or business-related discipline is preferred

- Experience: 5+ years of progressive HR experience with at least 2+ years in a lead or supervisory capacity

- SHRM and OSHA certification preferred

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

- Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite of tools, including Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint

- Proficiency in utilizing Payroll/ Time Management systems
