About Us

We are a high-quality collision repair and auto body shop committed to excellence in craftsmanship and customer service. Our clients come to us through our website, Google Ads, insurance providers, fleet managers, and referrals. We take pride in restoring vehicles to their pre-accident condition and building trust with every customer we serve.

Position Summary

We’re seeking a reliable, proactive, and highly organized General Manager to oversee daily office operations, manage customer relationships, streamline insurance and parts processes, and help drive business growth. This person will be the right hand to the owner and capable of running the business in their absence.

This is not just an administrative role — it's a leadership position that requires ownership, initiative, and an ability to juggle multiple operational tasks with a high level of detail and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities

Greet customers and answer phone calls with professionalism and empathy
Schedule repair appointments and maintain an organized workflow calendar
Provide estimates and repair timelines (with technician input)
Keep clients informed throughout the repair process
Handle follow-up and ensure customer satisfaction post-repair
Communicate with insurance adjusters and submit required documentation
Track claim approvals, supplements, and payment timelines
Ensure compliance with DRP (Direct Repair Program) guidelines if applicable
Order parts, confirm deliveries, and track backorders
Manage relationships with parts vendors and negotiate terms as needed
Ensure timely return of unused or defective parts
Prepare and send invoices
Enter repair orders and job details into management software
Maintain accurate records for parts, labor, and payments
Assist with payroll, budgets, and expense reporting
Post before-and-after photos, customer testimonials, and promotions on social media
Respond to online reviews and inquiries
Support digital marketing campaigns in coordination with owner or agency
Maintain a professional and efficient office environment
Monitor KPIs and recommend improvements for workflow, customer service, and profitability
Be capable of overseeing shop operations during owner’s absence
Assist in hiring, onboarding, and training new office or support staff if needed

Required Skills & Qualifications

Must have some experience with auto body estimating
Proven office management or general management experience (3+ years preferred)
Experience in automotive, insurance, or service-related industry is a plus
Excellent customer service and communication skills (written and verbal)
Highly organized with attention to detail and follow-through
Proficiency with MS Office, Google Workspace, and CRM/shop management software
Ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
High level of integrity, reliability, and leadership presence
Comfortable working independently and taking full ownership of office operations
