Join a Practice Where You Can Build a Career, Not Just a Caseload

Are you a fully licensed therapist looking for a supportive private practice that invests in your growth, your well-being, and your long-term success? Interested in becoming EMDR trained, with half the cost covered?

At Niyama Center, we handle credentialing, billing, scheduling, and marketing — so you can focus on clinical work, not running a business. Build a full caseload without ever having to market yourself.

Pay & Structure

$50-70 per hour based on a tier system for fully licensed clinicians, paid on a reliable monthly schedule (1099 contractor)
Rate increases available as your caseload and tenure grow
No self-promotion required — referrals are provided
EMDR training stipend: we cover 50% of the cost through Personal Transformation Institute Agency

What You'll Get

Where You'll Work

Choose the format that fits your life:

In-person at our newly renovated Bloomfield Hills office — three private therapy suites, a dedicated telehealth room, comfortable waiting area, clinician kitchen/break space, quiet building with ample parking
Hybrid — split between in-office and telehealth
Fully virtual — available to Michigan residents

(This role requires active Michigan licensure or willingness to get licensed in MI if you are seeking virtual)

About You

Fully and independently licensed in Michigan as an LMSW, LPC, LMFT, or LP (we are not able to consider LLMSW, LLPC, or TLLP at this time)
Master's degree or higher in a mental health field
Active NPI number and professional liability insurance
Open to (or already trained in) EMDR
Looking for a long-term clinical home, not just a caseload
Values collaboration, professional development, and work-life balance

Niyama Center is a growing boutique group practice serving clients throughout Michigan from our Bloomfield Hills office. Pay: $60,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
