Schedule

Monday through Friday
Weekend rotation required
Weekend shifts are shared among the operations team. As our team grows, the rotation becomes less frequent (for example, with two operators you would typically work every other weekend; with three operators, approximately every third weekend).

What You'll Do

Operate and monitor feed mill and grain handling equipment
Perform preventive maintenance and mechanical repairs
Weld and fabricate using MIG, TIG, and ARC processes
Receive, store, and transfer grain safely and efficiently
Load feed and grain into trucks while coordinating with drivers
Inspect bins and equipment, including climbing ladders and working at heights
Maintain accurate production and inventory records
Keep the facility clean, organized, and operating safely
Assist with general grounds maintenance and other duties as needed

What We're Looking For

Mechanical aptitude and strong troubleshooting skills
Welding experience (MIG, TIG, and ARC required)
Experience in feed milling, grain handling, farming, manufacturing, or a related industry is preferred
Ability to lift up to 75 pounds
Comfortable working in indoor and outdoor environments, including dusty conditions and varying weather
Ability to work safely around machinery and at heights
High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent
