Administrative Assistant
$20.00-$21.00/hour| Full-time 7:30am - 4:00pm

What You'll Do:

Coordinate and manage all administrative functions within the Maintenance Department
Organize and direct departmental activities, maintain accurate records, and compile reports
Manage inventory and supplies and ensure effective communication with staff, residents, and contractors
Answer phones, address resident concerns, and assist with employee orientation and annual safety training
Support the Director of Facilities and Grounds with special projects
Uphold departmental policies, promote a positive work environment, and ensure smooth day-to-day operations

What You'll Need:

High school graduate or equivalent (required)
Minimum one year of administrative/clerk experience with heavy work order processing (required)
Computer literacy and proven interpersonal communication skills, both verbal and written (required)
Valid driver’s license with a clean MVR (motor vehicle record) (required)
