Position: Part-Time Chiropractic Office Assistant

Location: Rosemount, MN

Position Type: Permanent Part-Time (Year Round)

Compensation: $17.00 – $18.00 / hour depending on experience

We are an established, fast-paced chiropractic and wellness practice in Rosemount seeking a mature, highly reliable, and adaptable professional to join our team as a Part-Time Assistant and operational "floater."

While we would love to bring on someone who already has prior clinical or medical office experience, we are fully ready and eager to train the right person if your background is in a different industry. This role offers an exceptional entry point into healthcare operations, providing hands-on experience in seeing exactly how a successful local small business runs from the ground up.

Key Responsibilities

Active Clinic Efficiency & Patient Flow: This is a highly active, non-sedentary role. You will be on your feet, moving quickly, and seamlessly guiding patients to treatment rooms to ensure the providers stay on schedule. On a full day shift, our staff regularly log 6,000-8,000+ steps keeping the clinic flowing smoothly!
Clinic Presentation & Physical Maintenance: Take ownership of maintaining a pristine, organized, and premium healing environment. This requires regular physical movement, including bending, lifting, dusting retail supplement displays, and thoroughly cleaning/wiping down treatment tables between patients throughout the day.
Patient Coordination & Desk Management: Greet patients and massage clients warmly, manage smooth check-ins/check-outs, schedule appointments, and process payments accurately.
Clinical Therapy Support: Learn to safely administer passive chiropractic therapies, including electric muscle stimulation (EMS) and ultrasound (comprehensive, hands-on professional training is fully provided).

Experience & Background: Prior clinic, chiropractic, or medical office experience is a significant plus and will be reflected in starting compensation. However, a strong background in high-end hospitality, retail management, or corporate customer service is also highly valued.
Physical Stamina & Energy: You thrive in an environment where you are up and moving rather than sitting at a desk, and you take pride in keeping a physical space immaculate.
Schedule Flexibility & Adaptability: You enjoy a dynamic role and have the lifestyle flexibility to accommodate changing morning or afternoon shift needs within our office hours, as well as covering when other staff members are on vacation.
Exceptional Reliability: Punctuality and dependable attendance are absolute, non-negotiable requirements. Our team and patients rely heavily on your consistency.
Professional Demeanor: Excellent communication skills, an approachable personality, and the ability to multitask calmly under pressure.

Schedule & Shift Availability

The baseline schedule for this position is approximately 15-25 hours per week scheduled within our clinic's operating hours:

Monday: 7:45 AM – 6:15 PM
Tuesday: 7:15 AM – 4:45 PM
Wednesday: 7:45 AM – 5:45 PM
Thursday: 7:45 AM – 6:15 PM
Friday: 7:15 AM – 4:15 PM

Coverage Flexibility: Candidates must have the general availability and flexibility to pick up extra hours, cover varied shifts, or help fill in when other team members need time off.

This is a permanent, year-round position with a consistent weekly routine once your set shifts are established. Because our shift structure remains the same throughout the year, this role is best suited for individuals seeking long-term stability rather than seasonal or rotating schedules.
