Full Job Description

Financial Planning & Tax Office is looking for an office personal administrator that will serve as the overall Administration lead. The candidate will serve as our company's Administrator and personal duties for the owners. They should be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

Coordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance to company policies
Supervise administrative staff and divide responsibilities to ensure performance
Manage emails, letters, packages, phone calls and other forms of correspondence
Maintains office services by organizing office operations and procedure
Resolve client issues
Manage company software
Completes operational requirements
Assist with Tax Resolution
Assist Owner with Personal duties.
Drive for any office needs.
Experience in accounting setting is a bonus
