The Opportunity

We are seeking a detail-oriented and service-driven Client Services Specialist to join our growing company. This is an entry-level opportunity for a motivated professional who enjoys helping people, communicating clearly, and ensuring that important processes are completed accurately and on time.

The Client Services Specialist will provide support to employees on behalf of our clients. You will guide workers through onboarding and serve as their primary point of contact throughout their assignments for questions related to payroll, benefits, human resources, and general employment support.

Success in this position requires professionalism, attention to detail, strong communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities while consistently following established policies, procedures, and service-level agreements.

Key Responsibilities

Guide employees and independent contractors through the onboarding process from initial engagement through completion
Serve as the primary point of contact for workers throughout their assignments
Respond promptly and professionally to questions related to payroll, benefits, human resources, onboarding, and company policies
Collect, review, and maintain required worker information and documentation
Verify that employee, contractor, payroll, and assignment data is accurate, complete, and properly recorded
Coordinate with internal teams to resolve worker questions and service issues efficiently
Monitor onboarding requirements, deadlines, and outstanding items to ensure timely completion
Follow all documented policies, procedures, workflows, and service-level agreements
Maintain clear and accurate records of worker communications, activities, and resolutions
Identify missing or inconsistent information and take appropriate action to resolve discrepancies
Protect confidential employee, contractor, client, and company information
Contribute to a positive worker experience by providing responsive, knowledgeable, and personalized service

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree preferred
Bilingual preferred (English and Spanish)
Previous experience in customer service, client services, human resources, payroll, staffing, recruiting, or administrative support is helpful but not required
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
Professional, responsive, and service-oriented approach
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks, deadlines, and worker inquiries in a fast-paced environment
Ability to follow documented processes while using sound judgment to resolve issues
Comfortable working with technology, databases, and web-based platforms
Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion
Willingness to learn payroll, benefits, human resources processes
