Full Job Description

Role: Director of Data Analytics

Position Type: Direct Hire

Location: Hybrid (Downtown Sacramento)

Annual Compensation: $140,000-$170,000

We're seeking a Director of Data Analytics to join a collaborative team of 14 professionals. This is a hands-on individual contributor role for a mid-career analytics professional with 3-5 years of experience who enjoys turning data into actionable insights and partnering with others to solve complex challenges.

Responsibilities

Develop dashboards, reports, and data visualizations.
Analyze complex datasets to identify trends and insights.
Translate data findings into clear recommendations for stakeholders.
Support reporting standards, data quality, and analytics best practices.
Partner across teams to deliver data-driven solutions and strategic insights.

Qualifications

3-5 years of Data Analytics experience.
Experience working in the association sector required.
Strong reporting, analytics, and data visualization skills.
Experience working with large, complex datasets.
Excellent communication and stakeholder partnership skills.
