Are you a passionate leader with a keen eye for detail? Delta King is currently seeking a skilled and dedicated Front of House Manager to join our team. The Front of House will be responsible for managing the day to day operations of the Restaurant and Bar and meeting all goals and expectations. Responsibilities include:

Assist in managing the day-to-day operations of the dining room, including opening, and closing procedures, staffing, and scheduling.
Lead and inspire a team of front-of-house staff, providing guidance, training, and mentorship to maintain our high service standards.
Maintain an atmosphere of sophistication and elegance within the restaurant, ensuring that ambiance, décor, and lighting align with our brand identity.
Handle guest inquiries, feedback, and complaints in a professional and timely manner, resolving any issues to ensure customer satisfaction.
Manage inventory and ordering of dining room supplies, including tableware, linens, and other necessary items.
Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations, as well as all company policies and procedures.
Foster and maintain strong relationships with guests, ensuring their needs and preferences are met and exceeded.
Collaborate with the kitchen staff to ensure timely and efficient service.
Conduct regular staff meetings to review performance, provide feedback, and communicate any necessary changes or updates.
Managing the bar and bartenders
Promoting/Branding Delta King
Ordering and managing inventory
Assist in managing the day-to-day operations of the dining room, banquets and bar, including opening, and closing procedures.
Manage liquor ordering, inventory control, staffing, and scheduling.

Qualified candidates must have:

3-5 years of restaurant supervisory experience, with a focus on dining room and people management. Required
Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate and manage a team. Required
Excellent customer service skills and a commitment to providing an exceptional dining experience for guests. Required
Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent food and beverage knowledge; Good understanding of wine & spirits and a willingness to learn is required. Required
Computer competency in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook required. Advanced knowledge of POS system (Toast) and OpenTable reservations systems (preferred).
Knowledge of training techniques. Required
Knowledge of Board of Health rules and regulations, county liquor laws and alcohol awareness program required.
