Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and energetic General Manager - Restaurant, with elevated/fine dining restaurant experience, to lead our team to excellence! In this pivotal role, you will oversee all aspects of restaurant operations, ensuring seamless service, exceptional food quality, and outstanding customer experiences. Your leadership will drive team motivation, operational efficiency, and profitability, creating a vibrant dining environment that keeps guests coming back. Responsibilities

Lead and manage daily restaurant operations, including food preparation, service delivery, and staff supervision to ensure high standards of quality and customer satisfaction.
Oversee inventory control, food safety management, and adherence to health regulations to maintain a safe and compliant environment.
Supervise staff training, development, and performance evaluations to foster a motivated and skilled team.
Manage POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for accurate order processing, cash handling, and sales reporting.
Coordinate shift management, ensuring smooth transitions between teams while maintaining operational efficiency.
Conduct profit and loss analysis to monitor financial performance and implement strategies for revenue growth and cost control.
Oversee kitchen management including food production, catering services, banquet events, and bar operations when applicable.
Ensure exceptional customer service by addressing guest concerns promptly and maintaining a welcoming atmosphere.
Implement food safety standards and supervise food handling procedures to uphold hygiene and quality.
Drive team leadership through effective interviewing, hiring, training & development initiatives to build a strong hospitality team.

Requirements

Proven experience in quick service & fast food restaurant management or casual dining environments with supervisory responsibilities.
Extensive knowledge of food preparation techniques, cooking processes, and kitchen management practices.
Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS; cash handling experience is essential.
Strong background in inventory control, food safety management, and managing hospitality teams.
Demonstrated ability in managing budgets, analyzing profit & loss statements, and implementing cost-saving measures.
Excellent leadership skills with experience in staff training, team management, interviewing candidates, and supervising restaurant operations.
Prior experience in fine dining or hotel food service environments is advantageous but not mandatory.
Ability to thrive under pressure in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail.
Exceptional customer service skills with a passion for creating memorable guest experiences.
