Full Job Description

Serve as the Communications & Office Administrator for a well-established and growing Oconomowoc church. Standard hours are between 20-25 hours per week, Monday through Friday.

Duties include managing communications, supporting daily office operations, and recruiting and coordinating volunteer office support staff. This position provides administrative and clerical support to the Senior Pastor, Director of Children and Youth Programming, Minister for Faith Formation and Community Engagement, employees, officers, leadership, ministries, committees, and congregation.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and maintain church communications, marketing materials, and publications using tools like Google Workspace and Canva.

Manage daily office operations and administrative functions.

Coordinate volunteer office support staff including managing Sign up Genius.

Create and manage website and social media content. (Facebook and Instagram)

Support church ministries, committees, events, and leadership.

Provide administrative support to pastoral staff and ministry leaders.

Foster clear, welcoming, and effective communication throughout the congregation.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $20.00 - $23.00 per hour

Work Location: In person
