Visory Health is doing healthcare differently and leading the market shift to cash access healthcare by developing proprietary technology, analytics, and consumer engagement platforms that allow healthcare consumers to access lower cost and prescription medicines.

Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and energetic Marketing Event Coordinator to lead the planning, organization, and execution of engaging events that elevate our brand presence and foster meaningful connections with our target audiences. In this role, you will coordinate all aspects of event management, from conceptualization to post-event analysis, ensuring seamless delivery that aligns with marketing strategies and organizational goals. Your enthusiasm for hospitality, exceptional organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple projects will drive successful event experiences that leave lasting impressions.

Duties

Develop comprehensive event marketing plans that align with overall branding and business objectives, including venue selection, theme development, and promotional strategies.
Manage event budgets meticulously, negotiating contracts with vendors, caterers, venues, and suppliers to maximize value while maintaining quality standards.
Coordinate all logistics related to events such as conferences, trade shows, corporate gatherings, and community outreach programs using advanced event management software.
Lead cross-functional teams to ensure smooth execution of events, providing clear communication and guidance throughout the planning process.
Cultivate relationships with clients and stakeholders through effective communication, upselling additional services or features to enhance event experiences.
Oversee guest services and hospitality arrangements to ensure a welcoming environment that exceeds attendee expectations.
Utilize CRM systems to track client interactions, gather feedback post-event, and identify opportunities for future engagement or fundraising initiatives.

Qualifications

Proven experience in event marketing, event planning, or hospitality industry roles such as hotel or restaurant management is highly desirable.
Strong negotiation skills with a track record of managing event budgets effectively while achieving strategic goals.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) along with familiarity with event management software and CRM systems.
Excellent communication skills—both verbal and written—to liaise confidently with clients, vendors, team members, and stakeholders.
Demonstrated project management abilities with exceptional organizational skills to handle multiple events simultaneously under tight deadlines.
Background in customer service or guest relations within the hospitality sector enhances your ability to deliver memorable experiences.
Experience in banquet operations or catering coordination adds valuable insight into hospitality logistics and client needs.
Ability to negotiate contracts effectively and upsell additional services that benefit both the organization and clients.
Hospitality or hotel experience combined with strong team leadership qualities will set you apart as a candidate ready to elevate our events program.
