Plant Manager – Manufacturing

Location: Fenton, MO Job Type: Full-Time Reports to: Director of Operations Schedule: Monday through Friday with flexibility to support manufacturing operations as needed.

This hands-on leadership role is responsible for overseeing daily manufacturing operations, production, employee development, and continuous improvement. What You'll Do

As Plant Manager, you will:

Lead daily manufacturing operations while ensuring safe, efficient, and productive operations that meet customer expectations.
Build, coach, and develop supervisors and employees to create a high-performing team.
Oversee production scheduling, capacity planning, and workflow to meet production goals and customer deadlines.
Promote a culture of safety, accountability, and continuous improvement throughout the facility.
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and implement process improvements to improve efficiency and reduce waste.
Partner with department leaders to solve operational challenges and support business objectives.
Manage employee performance through coaching, feedback, and development.
Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

We're looking for someone who has:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field, or equivalent leadership experience.
Leadership experience in a manufacturing environment.
Proven ability to lead, motivate, coach, and develop teams.
Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Experience managing production, safety, and employee performance.
Ability to build positive working relationships with employees at all levels of the organization.
