Priced Right Awnings & Outdoor Living is one of Southern Utah's fastest-growing outdoor living companies, and we're looking for a friendly, detail-oriented Office Assistant / Administrative Assistant to join our team. This role starts part-time, but for the right person, it comes with a genuine path to a full-time career and greater responsibility as we continue to grow.

This isn't "just another office job." It's a ground-floor opportunity to grow with a thriving local company, work directly with ownership, and become a key part of everything we do.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

As our Office Assistant, you'll be the organized heartbeat of our office. Your day-to-day will include:

Answering incoming phone calls and providing a warm, professional first impression
Responding to customer inquiries promptly and helpfully
Scheduling appointments and installations to keep our calendar running smoothly
Helping coordinate projects from start to finish
Placing supplier and material orders accurately and on time
Organizing project files and paperwork so nothing slips through the cracks
Keeping customers updated throughout their projects
Assisting ownership with daily administrative tasks
Keeping the office running efficiently so the whole team can shine

WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR

EXPERIENCE

Previous experience as an office assistant, administrative assistant, receptionist, front desk coordinator, or office coordinator is a plus — but it is NOT required.
