Full Job Description

About the Opportunity:

Are you organized, personable, and confident in both customer service and communication?

Now Care Dental is looking for a Full-Time Scheduling Coordinators to be the friendly,

knowledgeable first point of contact for our patients. This role goes beyond just scheduling—it's

also about presenting treatment plans clearly, handling patient questions with care, and

supporting the financial conversation with confidence. If you're someone who naturally builds

trust and can guide patients through the care process while being mindful of their needs and

concerns, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

● Warmly greet and register patients, ensuring accurate entry of personal and insurance

information

● Schedule, confirm, and follow up on patient appointments with efficiency and

professionalism

● Present treatment plans and explain financial/payment options in a way that supports

case acceptance

● Educate patients on the value of recommended treatments, using a consultative and

supportive approach

● Handle incoming/outgoing communications (phone, email, in-person) with clarity and

empathy

● Maintain accurate patient records in our electronic system

● Assist with front desk tasks, messages, reports, and administrative follow-up

● Collaborate with the clinical team to ensure a seamless and exceptional patient

experience

What You Bring:

● Excellent multitasking, time management, and organizational skills

● Friendly, confident demeanor with a professional communication style

● Comfort discussing financial matters and motivating patients to move forward with care

plans

● Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team setting

● Flexibility to adapt to a dynamic, fast-paced schedule

● Trustworthiness and discretion in handling confidential patient information (HIPAA

compliance required)

● Tech-savvy with the ability to quickly learn new software

Preferred Qualifications:

● Sales, customer service, or case presentation experience

● Weekend availability

Job Type:

30-40 hours/week

Must be available to work Friday, Saturday, Sunday every other week!
