Supporting client initiatives, this role is crucial for customer sales onboarding and service support, guaranteeing seamless, accurate, and timely support for wireless and fiber clients.

As a Client Support Associate, you will be trained to become proficient in service and operational processes, including documentation management, workflow execution, and client support systems. This Client Support Associate role offers hands-on experience with CRM platforms, sales campaign executions, and customer support, equipping you with the skills and confidence needed to grow within corporate structure operations.

What Will I Be Doing as a Client Support Associate?

Support structured outreach campaigns by coordinating onboarding, documentation, and activation.
Qualify service requests by assessing connectivity needs, usage goals, and budget alignment to match solutions with client expectations.
Manage CRM entries with precision, tracking pipeline movement, account status, and provisioning milestones to maintain campaign visibility.
Collaborate with internal teams to confirm service readiness, delivery benchmarks, and onboarding accuracy in line with business standards.
Monitor sales metrics and share insights to refine onboarding strategy, reduce service delays, and improve activation outcomes.

What Do I Need to Bring to the Table as a Client Support Associate?

High school diploma or GED required; coursework in business, communications, or operations supports onboarding fluency and campaign coordination.
Experience in client support, customer service or retail sales.
Detail-oriented and organized; able to manage multiple onboarding tasks with speed, accuracy, and documentation control.
Strong communicator with a process-driven mindset; able to navigate activation steps and resolve onboarding gaps using campaign systems.
CRM proficient; maintains clean, actionable data to support pipeline tracking, territory performance, and campaign continuity.
