Dental Office Manager expiriance is a must

Spring Valley Dental Care is seeking an experienced, organized, and motivated Dental Office Manager to lead our front office team and help provide an exceptional experience for our patients. We are a busy, patient-focused dental practice that accepts both PPO insurance and Denti-Cal. We are looking for a strong leader with excellent communication, organizational, and insurance knowledge.

Minimum Qualifications

Minimum 3- 5 years of dental office management experience (required)

Experience with PPO insurance and Denti-Cal (required)

Dentrix experience is REQUIRED

Strong understanding of insurance verification, treatment planning, billing, and claim follow-up

Excellent customer service and communication skills

Ability to lead, train, and motivate a team

Strong organizational and multitasking abilities

Reliable, professional, and detail-oriented

Responsibilities

Manage the daily operations of the dental office
Supervise and support front office staff
Oversee patient scheduling and appointment flow
Verify insurance benefits and maximize insurance reimbursement
Submit, track, and resolve insurance claims, including PPO and Denti-Cal
Present treatment plans and discuss financial arrangements with patients
Monitor accounts receivable and collections
Ensure compliance with office policies and dental regulations
Maintain excellent patient satisfaction and resolve patient concerns professionally
Coordinate communication between the front office, clinical team, and doctors
Assist with hiring, training, and staff development
