Full Job Description

We are a high volume Food manufacturer, but still a small business. We are looking for fast, skilled cooks! Benefits Include; WORK LIFE BALANCE. We have a flexible schedule, but mostly just work monday through friday, till 4 pm!!! we work hard, we make fun candy, and we go home. Our chocolate company is growing extremely rapidly, promotions are highly likely. If you’re looking for an entry level position with excellent on-the-job training, this is it! It’s a great way for a line cook to shift gears, or for a pastry graduate to get into the confectioner, candy maker, and chocolatier industry, or just try something new within the industry. MUST HAVE fast paced cooking and production experience.

Job Description:
-Pastry work includes: assistant to chocolatier, nut roasting, toffee making, confection prep work, ganache, caramels, cookies, simple doughs.

- Friendly and professional
- Fast, reliable and prompt
- Be able to stand for up to 8 hours and lift 50 lbs.
-Schedule is Monday through friday, 7 am to 4 pm. But open to flexibility along that frame! Overtime pay available in the holiday season.
