Full Job Description

The Resident Services Manager is primarily responsible for providing excellent customer service for the residents of the building, serves as the primary interface for resident concerns, as well as providing general administrative and maintenance operational support to the General Manager. This position requires knowledge of Association documents, strong computer skills, understanding of building maintenance procedures, customer service and quality control. The ideal candidate is highly organized, client-driven, and excels in a demanding environment.

Key Responsibilities

1. Provide exceptional customer service by assisting residents with inquiries and maintenance requests, and excellent follow-up needed to closeout resident concerns.

2. Administrative/Clerical tasks, including but not limited to, resident website data and maintenance work order management, filing, collecting fees, storage and parking list management, answering phones/emails timely, office supply ordering, document audits, facilitate and oversee resident moves/deliveries, assisting General Manager with monthly Board meeting preparation.

3. Coordinate in- unit access as needed for maintenance, project and emergency needs.

4. Coordinate Social Events and attend as needed.

5. Ability to work one Saturday or Sunday per month.

6. Enforcement of Corporation Governing Documents and Policies.

7. Conduct Pre/Post inspections for all moves and deliveries, conduct daily high-traffic area quality control inspections.

8. Provides confidential administrative and project support to the General Manager and Board President.

9. Professionally represents Titan Management Group and the Corporation with all residents, potential residents, vendors and staff at all times.

Education, Qualifications & Skills Required

The requirements listed below are representative of the education, qualifications, skills, and/or abilities required.

1. Related administrative and clerical in a fast-paced environment; prefer experience in corporate settings or homeowner association settings.

2. Proficient with a variety of database management and software applications, including MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

3. Ability to keyboard a minimum of 50 wpm.

4. Ability to effectively coordinate multiple projects, use time management skills and exercise independent judgment.

5. Excellent mathematics, spelling and English writing skills.

6. Strong internal/external customer relations skills required to communicate effectively with all levels of management, employees, homeowners, and others.

7. Ability to work with confidential/sensitive information and use diplomacy in communicating such information.

8. Effective calendar management and follow up skills.

9. Professional image per policy.

10. Ability to effectively and efficiently handle shifting priorities and deadlines.

11. Ability to meet scheduling and attendance requirements per policy and the position.

12. Ability to calmly take charge of emergency situations and respond tactfully in cases of distraught residents.
