Full Job Description

We are looking for an Administrative Assistant to cover the Front Desk at our retinology office. This position is ideal for a dynamic, organized individual with exceptional customer service skills, capable of working under pressure and in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate should have excellent diction and be able to communicate effectively in both English and Spanish.

Requirements:

Associate’s degree or course in medical billing.
Bilingual (Spanish and English, both spoken and written).
Knowledge of the Proclaim software.
Excellent diction and communication skills.
Ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
Professional attitude and ability to provide excellent customer service.
Ability to multitask and maintain organization.
Previous experience in administrative or receptionist roles is a plus.
Availability to work during the specified hours (7:00 AM to 4:00 PM).

Responsibilities:

Greet patients and visitors with a professional and friendly attitude.
Answer phone calls, emails, and messages.
Schedule patient appointments.
Handle medical documentation and records confidentially.
Manage the workflow at the front desk efficiently.
Provide general administrative assistance to the team.
