Full Job Description

Atento is looking for a detail-oriented Quality Control Specialist to help drive excellence in customer experience and operational performance. In this role, you will monitor, evaluate, and analyze customer interactions to ensure compliance with company standards, identify improvement opportunities, and support the continuous development of our teams.

Key Responsibilities

Monitor and evaluate calls, chats, emails, and other customer interactions according to quality standards.
Provide accurate and constructive feedback to agents and leadership teams.
Identify performance trends, gaps, and opportunities for improvement.
Ensure adherence to client requirements, company policies, and compliance guidelines.
Prepare quality reports and share actionable insights with Operations and Training teams.
Participate in calibration sessions to maintain scoring consistency and accuracy.
Support quality improvement initiatives and performance enhancement plans.

Qualifications

Fluent in English and Spanish (written and verbal).
Previous experience in Quality Assurance, Quality Control, Customer Service, or a related role in a call center/BPO environment.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and coaching abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
High attention to detail and ability to work independently

Position Details

Job Type: Full-Time, Temporary
Assignment Type: Temporary position based on business needs.
Location: Remote
Schedule: Must have flexible availability, including weekends and varying schedules based on business needs.
