Job Overview

MetaMed is seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales Representative to join our team. This role will promote innovative technologies for diabetes management through a consultative sales approach by building strategic relationships with healthcare professionals and contributing to improved patient care and clinical outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and maintain strong relationships with physicians, hospitals, clinics, and other healthcare professionals.
Identify patients who may benefit from diabetes management technologies.
Coordinate referrals and prior authorization processes, as applicable.
Educate healthcare professionals and patients on medical devices and healthcare solutions.
Promote MetaMed's products and services using a consultative sales approach.
Achieve established sales and business growth objectives.
Represent MetaMed at educational events, professional meetings, conferences, and industry activities.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Health Sciences, Business Administration, or a related field
Previous experience in medical device sales, healthcare sales, or the healthcare industry is preferred.
Knowledge of diabetes care and medical technologies.
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Ability and willingness to travel to hospitals, clinics, and healthcare providers.
Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish.
Strong customer service orientation, initiative, and the ability to build and maintain professional relationships.
