We are currently seeking an Entry Level Assistant Manager to join our team. In this role, you will gain practical experience in customer engagement, sales execution, and team collaboration within a retail environment.

We invest heavily in developing our people, providing hands-on experience and mentorship to help them grow into future leaders. The Entry Level Assistant Manager will play a key part in guiding customers through available service options, assisting with account setup, and ensuring a smooth and positive experience from start to finish. As an Entry Level Assistant Manager, you will contribute to delivering high-quality customer interactions while learning the fundamentals of business operations and leadership development.

Key Responsibilities of the Entry Level Assistant Manager:

Interact directly with customers to understand their needs and recommend appropriate service solutions
Create a welcoming and informative experience that builds trust and long-term customer relationships
Assist customers throughout the entire sales cycle, from initial conversation to account completion and follow-up
Accurately process customer information and maintain organized records in accordance with company standards
Collaborate with team members to meet daily and weekly sales targets
Participate in ongoing training sessions to strengthen product knowledge, communication skills, and leadership abilities
Stay up to date on current promotions, service offerings, and industry trends

Entry Level Assistant Manager Skills and Qualifications:

Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on customer satisfaction
Previous experience in customer service, retail, or sales is preferred but not required
Ability to think critically and resolve challenges in a fast-paced setting
Comfortable working both independently and as part of a team
Self-motivated with a goal-oriented mindset
Reliable attendance and strong time management skills
Willingness to learn and grow within the company
Access to dependable transportation

Pay: $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
