Job Summary

We are seeking an energetic, motivated, and self-driven Outside B2B Sales Representative to join our growing team. This is a commission-only position to start, designed for individuals who are confident in their ability to build relationships, generate new business, and close sales.

After 90 days, high-performing representatives will be considered for a transition into a paid position with additional compensation and long-term growth opportunities based on performance.

In this role, you will be responsible for driving new business development by establishing strong relationships with prospective commercial clients across various industries. Your focus will be on expanding our market presence through proactive territory management, strategic prospecting, in-person visits, cold calling, and effective sales negotiations.

What You'll Do:

Prospect and generate new commercial business through in-person visits, phone calls, and networking.
Build relationships with business owners and decision-makers.
Schedule estimates and follow-up appointments.
Negotiate and close recurring service agreements.
Maintain an organized sales pipeline and consistently follow up with prospects.
Represent the company with professionalism and integrity.

Qualifications

Proven experience in outside B2B sales, technical sales, or related fields with a focus on territory management and account growth

Demonstrated success in achieving or exceeding sales targets through direct sales, cold calling, and prospecting
Excellent negotiation, communication, and customer service skills with the ability to build rapport quickly
Familiarity with marketing strategies and business development techniques to expand market reach
Ability to work independently in a remote environment while maintaining high motivation levels
Experience in retail sales or inside sales is a plus but not required; a proactive attitude is essential
