Job Summary

We are seeking a passionate and skilled Pizza Professional to join our dynamic culinary team! In this role, you will be responsible for preparing delicious, high-quality pizzas and related menu items in a fast-paced environment. Your expertise in food preparation, kitchen operations, and food safety will ensure our customers enjoy exceptional dining experiences. This position offers an exciting opportunity to showcase your culinary talents while contributing to a vibrant team dedicated to excellence.

Responsibilities

Prepare and cook a variety of pizzas according to established recipes and standards, ensuring consistency and quality.
Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently, including ovens, mixers, slicers, and other food preparation tools.
Follow food safety sanitizing procedures diligently to maintain a clean and hygienic work environment.
Assist in menu planning by suggesting new pizza flavors and toppings that appeal to diverse customer preferences.
Handle food production tasks such as braising, poaching, grilling, and food handling with precision and care.
Maintain high-volume production standards while adhering to recipe adherence and portion control guidelines.
Support the team with meal preparation for catering events or special functions as needed.

Qualifications

Previous dietary aide experience or food service experience in a restaurant or culinary setting is highly preferred.
Strong knowledge of food safety management, sanitizing procedures, and proper food handling techniques.
Demonstrated skills in cooking methods including braising, poaching, grilling, and knife skills for precise food prep.
Experience with menu planning, recipe adherence, and high-volume food production environments.
Familiarity with operating kitchen equipment safely and efficiently in a fast-paced setting.
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to follow detailed instructions accurately.
Prior experience in fine dining or catering environments is a plus but not required.
