WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

Minimum 10 years of commercial project management experience
At least 5 years managing healthcare construction projects valued at $5M+
Experience communicating with C-suite stakeholders
Comfortable in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
Proven success managing projects in Procore and/or Autodesk
Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management (or equivalent experience)
Strong organizational, communication, and customer service skills
Proactive mindset with the ability to anticipate and mitigate risks

WHAT WILL YOUR DAY LOOK LIKE?

You will play a key role in overseeing projects from start to finish, including:

Developing and managing project plans using Microsoft Project
Delivering projects on time, within scope, and within budget
Creating and maintaining detailed project documentation
Managing change orders and project financials
Identifying risks and implementing mitigation strategies
Building and maintaining strong client and stakeholder relationships
Providing timely updates and escalation to leadership
Leading meetings with clients and internal teams
Driving problem-solving and decision-making while maintaining a positive client experience
Communicating clearly and effectively across all levels of the organization
