You will have any number of roles and responsibilities throughout your career with our firm. We split responsibilities amongst various departments within the firm.

These roles and responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Answering and returning large volume of calls via multi-line phones
Directing clients to appropriate parties both internally and externally
Making outbound calls on warm leads
Signing new clients for representation
Assisting clients in Social Security Disability application process
Pre-screening clients for qualifications
Requesting Hearings and prepping documents for the hearing
Scheduling meetings with clients and appropriate firm staff
Locating missing clients
Answering status questions regarding clients claims
Gathering information, records, and other data for the purpose of the claim
Acting as liaison between clients and the Social Security Administrative offices
Reporting updates to Social Security
Checking status of claim to ensure due process
