Full Job Description

RAWHYDE Adventures is looking for a friendly, dependable, and hardworking Camp Host/Camp Hostess to join our team. If you enjoy working in a unique outdoor environment, providing exceptional customer service, and being part of an exciting adventure motorcycle community, we'd love to hear from you!

Position Overview

As a Camp Host/Camp Hostess, you'll play an important role in creating an exceptional experience for our guests. From welcoming riders and preparing accommodations to helping keep our facilities clean and organized, you'll be a key part of our camp operations.

Responsibilities

● Greet guests and check them into their rooms upon arrival.

● Ensure guest rooms are clean, organized, and ready for each tour.

● Clean and maintain our luxury flush restroom facilities.

● Set up the dining hall for breakfast, lunch, and dinner service.

● Sweep and maintain common areas throughout the camp.

● Keep the bar and snack area fully stocked with drinks and snacks.

● Assist guests with merchandise purchases and maintain an organized retail area.

● Perform general cleaning and light maintenance throughout the property.

● Help with additional duties and special projects as needed to support camp operations.

Schedule

● Working hours: 7:00 AM – 8:00 PM

● One to two workdays every other week (weather permitting).

● Must be available Friday through Tuesday every other week.

● Work schedules are provided one month in advance.

● Additional shifts may become available when coworkers need coverage.

Compensation

● $300 per day for shifts at our Castaic location.

● $325 per day when traveling to and working at our California City location.

Qualifications

● Friendly, outgoing, and customer-focused.

● Reliable with a strong work ethic.

● Comfortable working both indoors and outdoors.

● Able to lift up to 40 pounds and remain on your feet for extended periods.

● Strong attention to detail and willingness to help wherever needed.

● Previous hospitality, customer service, retail, or housekeeping experience is a plus, but not required.
