About Us:

Dry-Out Republic is a growing San Diego-based business specializing in water mitigation. As we aim to solidify our presence in the Los Angeles market and expand into Orange County, we are seeking a dedicated Sales Project Manager to join our team. Our company prides itself on standing out in the water damage restoration field and providing exceptional service to clients during challenging times. Position Overview:

As a Project Manager, you will conduct home assessments, communicate the benefits of working with Dry-Out Republic and effectively sell our services to homeowners and help navigate them through their home insurance. You will oversee your projects from the initial assessment & sale, dealings with the insurance carrier & adjuster, documenting the project and submitting the reports/paperwork to said insurance. You will also be responsible for overseeing the restoration from prepping of the property, to the demolition and continued drying until the dry standard is reached, and successfully handing off the project to our reconstruction team, communicating to the customer and ensuring a smooth and successful process at every stage. The ideal candidate will have a strong sales background and possess exceptional interpersonal skills. This role involves coordinating sales efforts, managing client relationships, and ensuring the successful execution of water mitigation projects from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales Coordination: Collaborate with the sales team and other departments to align project goals and strategies, ensuring a seamless transition from sales to project execution.
Client Engagement: Build and maintain positive relationships with clients, acting as the primary point of contact throughout the project lifecycle.
Project Management: Oversee project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation to ensure timely completion within scope.
Negotiation: Utilize strong negotiation skills to close deals and secure favorable terms for both the company and clients.
Communication: Maintain clear and consistent communication with clients, team members, and stakeholders to keep everyone informed and engaged.
Active Listening: Demonstrate active listening skills to fully understand client needs and address concerns promptly and effectively.
Follow-Up: Exhibit dependability in following up with potential clients to close deals and ensure satisfaction throughout the project.
Problem Solving: Use resourcefulness and knowledge of water mitigation practices to provide solutions to challenges that may arise during projects.
Reporting: Prepare and present project updates to management and clients, ensuring transparency and accountability.

Qualifications:

Strong sales background with a proven track record of closing deals and achieving targets.
Proven experience in project management, preferably in the water mitigation or construction industry.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Mindful and personable approach to client interactions.
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
Effective negotiation skills with a focus on relationship-building.
Resourceful problem solver with a proactive mindset.
Strong team player who can coordinate efforts across departments.
Proficiency in project management software and various CRMs.
