Business Leadership Sales Entrepreneurship

Buich Insurance & Financial Services is seeking ambitious, competitive professionals to join our Future Agency Owner Development Program—a structured leadership program designed to develop the next generation of agency leaders.

This is not a traditional customer service position, and it isn’t an easy 9-to-5 job. It’s an opportunity for individuals who want to build a career in sales, leadership, and business with the long-term goal of leading an organization of their own.

You’ll work directly with Agency Owner Chris Buich and Director of Operations Joshua Meltzer, receiving hands-on coaching inside three successful State Farm agencies serving the Monterey Bay area.

Our goal is simple: identify exceptional people, develop them into exceptional leaders, and prepare them for future leadership and agency ownership opportunities.

What You’ll Actually Do

From day one, you’ll begin developing the skills required to become a high-performing business leader by:

Making outbound calls and generating referrals
Conducting insurance and financial needs conversations
Learning State Farm products and services
Working toward measurable production goals
Collaborating with an experienced, high-performing team
Continuously improving through coaching and performance feedback
