Tomasita's is a family owned and operated business that includes Tomasita's Santa Fe, the Atrisco Café, and Tomasita's Albuquerque.

Responsibilities

Oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring high standards of food service and customer satisfaction.
Train and manage staff, including hiring, onboarding, scheduling, and performance evaluations.
Ongoing staff training and development.
Conduct pre-shift meetings.
Monitor inventory levels, and manage food preparation processes to maintain quality and efficiency.
Implement health and safety regulations in the kitchen and dining areas.
Collaborate with the kitchen team to create specials and special offerings.
Act as Host of the Party.
Be a Problem Solver.
Handle customer inquiries, and resolve any issues to enhance the dining experience.

Qualifications

Proven experience in restaurant management and staff training.
Strong skills in food service management and kitchen oversight.
Proficiency in inventory control and cash handling.
Familiarity with POS systems, including Aloha and Micros.
Background in various dining experiences, including fine dining and casual settings.
Excellent team management and supervisory skills.
