Job Overview
Join our dynamic team as a Server, where your energy and hospitality skills will create memorable dining experiences for our guests. Duties

Greet guests warmly, present menus, and provide detailed descriptions of dishes and beverages to enhance their dining experience
Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS, Micros POS, or OpenTable, ensuring all special requests are noted and communicated effectively
Serve food and drinks promptly while maintaining high standards of presentation and sanitation
Upsell menu items and specials to maximize sales opportunities while ensuring guest satisfaction
Manage cash handling, process payments accurately, and perform cashiering duties with integrity
Maintain cleanliness by bussing tables efficiently, resetting dining areas swiftly, and adhering to sanitation standards in food handling and food safety practices
Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders and resolve any guest concerns promptly

Qualifications

Proven experience in food service or restaurant environments, preferably with fine dining or nightlife settings such as nightclubs
Familiarity with POS systems including Aloha POS, Micros POS, or similar platforms
Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage guests positively and handle guest relations professionally
Knowledge of food safety regulations, sanitation procedures, and proper food handling techniques
Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
Ability to upsell menu items confidently using sales techniques like suggestive selling
Experience with food preparation, bussing, hosting/hostess duties, or kitchen experience is a plus
Basic math skills for cash handling and order calculations
