This isn't a role for 'account managers.' This is for the high-volume closer who loves the hunt. We’re looking for someone who takes total ownership of their pipeline and masters the art of the rapid discovery-to-close. Uncapped Upside: Our average reps earn $60k–$120k, but our top performers consistently blow past those numbers. If you sell, you get paid.
The Mission: Drive the Front Lines of Small Business Success. This is a high-impact, high-activity role for closers who love to stay busy. You’ll be the direct link between business owners and the financial peace of mind they’ve been looking for—diagnosing their needs quickly, presenting our value clearly, and closing the gap between "struggling" and "compliant" at a high-volume clip.
Modern Stack: We use Google Meet for high-impact visual demos and a streamlined CRM (Salesforce) to keep your "money-making activities" at the forefront.

The Daily Grind (and Glory)

Hunt & Close: You’ll manage a fast-moving pipeline, turning prospects into clients through empathetic but firm consultative selling.
Master the Demo: Conduct high-impact video presentations that clearly translate complex tax benefits into simple business value.
Strategic Follow-Up: Use discipline and grit to advance the sales cycle and ensure no "gold" is left in your pipeline.
Continuous Evolution: Join a culture that values coaching. We want you to be a better salesperson on Day 90 than you were on Day 1.
