Loan Partner / Lead Intake Specialist
Location: Scottsdale, AZ / Partially Remote

We are currently seeking a Loan Partner / Lead Intake Specialist to join our growing team and play a key role in supporting both clients and loan officers at the front end of the mortgage process.

The Opportunity
This role is ideal for an organized, people-oriented professional with a sales mindset. As the first point of contact, you will guide clients through the intake process, manage critical data entry, and ensure smooth handoffs to the loan team. The right candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, learns quickly, and enjoys building relationships with clients and referral partners.

Key Responsibilities

Serve as the initial point of contact for clients and referral partners.
Collect and input loan application details with speed and accuracy.
Pre-qualify leads and prepare files for loan officer review.
Maintain accurate client and lead records within CRM and loan origination systems.
Communicate proactively with clients to provide updates and support.
Balance administrative precision with a sales-oriented approach to client service.
Assist with scheduling, follow-ups, and pipeline management.
Provide weekend availability as needed for client calls or events.

1–2 years of strong guideline mortgage industry experience.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Excellent client-facing communication and relationship-building abilities.
A sales-driven mindset with the ability to identify opportunities and nurture leads.
High attention to detail with strong data entry and computer skills.
Ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
Quick learner with a proactive, team-oriented attitude.
