We are needing some to work 3 days a week from 3:00pm-11:00pm. The days will very.

We are seeking a dynamic and personable Front Desk Receptionist to be the welcoming face of our organization. This vital role involves managing front desk operations with enthusiasm, ensuring smooth communication, and providing exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, technical proficiency, and a positive attitude to create a professional and inviting environment for visitors, clients, and team members alike. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your administrative expertise while contributing to a vibrant workplace atmosphere.

Responsibilities

Greet visitors and clients warmly, ensuring they feel welcomed and attended to promptly
Manage multi-line phone systems efficiently, directing calls accurately and professionally
Handle scheduling, calendar management, and appointment setting using productivity software and Google Workspace tools
Maintain organized filing systems, data entry records, and office documentation with attention to detail
Support office management tasks such as bookkeeping, invoicing via QuickBooks, and supply inventory oversight
Assist with clerical duties including proofreading documents, word processing, and preparing reports
Provide excellent customer support by responding to inquiries via phone or email with professionalism and clarity

Skills

Strong computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace applications
Experience with office management, data entry, filing, and clerical tasks in a fast-paced environment
Excellent phone etiquette skills combined with the ability to operate multi-line phone systems effectively
Bilingual abilities are highly valued for communicating with diverse client bases
Knowledge of QuickBooks for bookkeeping and basic financial tasks is preferred
Demonstrated organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently and manage time effectively
Exceptional customer service skills with a friendly demeanor and clear communication style
Technical proficiency in using productivity software, spreadsheets, and office equipment such as printers and scanners
Previous experience as a medical receptionist or personal assistant is a plus but not required
