Responsibilities

Lead and supervise team members to ensure efficient food production, preparation, and packaging processes.
Maintain high standards of food safety and hygiene in accordance with industry regulations.
Oversee meat cutting, knife skills, and other culinary techniques to ensure quality and consistency.
Manage inventory levels, stock rotation, and ordering to meet store demands while minimizing waste.
Deliver exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and providing product knowledge.
Collaborate with store leadership to meet sales goals, optimize workflow, and enhance overall store performance.

Qualifications

Proven experience in food production, kitchen operations, or the food industry—culinary or restaurant experience is highly valued.
Strong knife skills and meat cutting expertise are essential for butcher roles.
Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling practices.
Excellent leadership abilities with experience managing teams in a retail or food service environment.
