Join Our Team!

BizX is seeking a highly motivated Director of Member Success to join our team. This is a full-time, in-office position at our Bellevue, WA headquarters (Monday through Friday, 8am to 5pm PT).

This role leads the team responsible for the entire member experience — from the moment someone joins, through becoming a confident, habitual user of the platform, to staying engaged and retained for the long haul. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who wants to build a department, not inherit a finished one. You'll lead a team covering member growth and activation, sourcing and trade, member services, and digital marketing — and you'll be the person who makes sure every member is getting real value out of BizX and staying for it.

As Director of Member Success, you'll be a daily steward of these values, modeling them for your team and making sure every member interaction reflects them.

What You’ll Do in This Role:

If you thrive solving problems, connecting people, and delivering a high-quality customer experience, this role is for you. You will:

Lead and coach a team responsible for helping members activate, grow, and stay engaged with BizX
Own the member journey from day one through becoming a regular, confident user of the platform
Make sure members are actively trading and hitting their trade volume goals
Be an integral part of building and maintaining the systems and processes that keep day-to-day operations running smoothly
Ensure your team is executing consistently against approved systems and processes
Step in as a resource for your team, coaching staff directly through complex or difficult member situations
Own member satisfaction outcomes and be the escalation point when something needs senior attention
Identify root causes behind recurring issues and help build the processes that prevent them from happening again
Be a part of company leadership, working to align member success activities with company-wide goals

Who You Are:

A quick learner who can adapt to a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
Naturally curious and resourceful; with a knack for problem-solving and connecting the dots
Comfortable juggling multiple tasks while maintaining strong attention to detail
A leader who shares knowledge; collaborates openly; and helps others succeed
Experienced in customer service or sales support; with confidence handling escalations and conflict resolution
Tech-savvy and able to pick up new systems quickly (experience with CRM platforms preferred)
Excited to help small businesses grow and thrive within a unique, community-driven ecosystem

What You'll Bring

3-5 years of proven experience leading customer success and getting results, customer savvy, or account management team
A strong track record of owning outcomes — not just managing activity
Experience building and improving systems, processes, and operational playbooks in a growing organization
Experience with CRM platforms required
Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, or a related field preferred — or equivalent experience
Understands small business
