Full Job Description

Do you have 1+ year of CNC operator experience, know how to read blueprints, and have hands-on skills using precision measurement tools? Then this CNC Operator role at a top aerospace manufacturing company could be a great next step in your career!

This company manufactures injection molded parts for the aerospace industry and is recognized as a world leader in its field, with locations across the U.S. It’s a stable, growing organization that offers long-term opportunities for career growth and advancement.

As a CNC Operator, you’ll be essential to the production team—setting up and operating CNC mills and ensuring precision in every part produced. This is a temp-to-hire role, which means you’ll have the opportunity to transition into a full-time role with the company based on your performance.

CNC Operator Duties:

Set up and operate CNC mills/ CNC Lathe
Deburr and part mark components as needed
Use precision measurement tools like calipers, micrometers, and height gauges
Read and interpret blueprints and work orders
Support other departments as required

Schedule:

Day Shift, Monday to Thursday, 5:00am to 3:30pm
Swing Shift, Monday to Thursday, 1:30pm to 12:00am

Pay: $26 - $30 per hour

CNC Operator Requirements:

At least 1 years of CNC operator experience
Skilled in using measurement tools: calipers, micrometers, and height gauges
Ability to read and interpret blueprints and work orders
Able to stand for 10 hours
Able to lift up to 50lbs
