Full Job Description

Overview

Join our dynamic Human Resources team as a Human Resources Generalist, where you will be at the forefront of fostering a vibrant, compliant, and high-performing workplace. This role offers an exciting opportunity to lead diverse HR initiatives, support employee engagement, and ensure seamless HR operations across the organization. Your energetic approach and strategic mindset will drive positive change, enhance talent management practices, and promote a thriving organizational culture.

Duties

Manage full-cycle talent acquisition processes, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding new employees to attract top talent.
Oversee employee orientation programs to ensure smooth integration and understanding of company policies and culture.
Administer employee evaluation and performance management systems to support ongoing development and recognition efforts.
Coordinate benefits administration, including enrollment, inquiries, and compliance with applicable laws such as FMLA (Family and Medical Leave Act) and workers' compensation regulations.
Lead HR projects related to organizational design, change management initiatives, succession planning, and affirmative action planning to align workforce strategies with business goals.
Maintain compliance with employment & labor laws, HR legal standards, and regulatory requirements across all HR functions.
Utilize HRIS (Human Resources Information Systems) like SAP SuccessFactors or Oracle HCM for data collection, reporting, and analysis to inform decision-making.
Coaching, writeups and paperwork for all related activities around employees.

Requirements

Proven experience in human resources management or HR department roles with a strong understanding of employment law in talent management.
Demonstrated expertise in human capital management, workforce management, and strategic planning.
Proficiency in HR sourcing tools such as ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems), Paychex, Ceridian, Kronos, or similar platforms.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to handle confidential information professionally and effectively.
Strong project management skills with the ability to coordinate multiple initiatives simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
Knowledge of benefits administration, payroll processing, employee relations, conflict management, and personnel administration.
Familiarity with HR systems like HRIS (e.g., SAP SuccessFactors or Oracle HCM), Excel data analysis for reporting purposes, and administrative experience in a fast-paced environment.
