Seeking a full-time office administrator to join a local mental health practice.

This position requires an organized and friendly person with a clear communication style. Interview preference will be awarded to those who are Spanish speaking, have billing experience, or are able to perform transcription. The ideal candidate will be proficient in areas of customer service, scheduling, multi-tasking/time management, and timely completion of projects.

Job duties: Answer phone calls, filing, scheduling, data entry, coordinating staff meetings and room reservations, assisting team with various office-related tasks, and tracking appointments.

Applicants must be self-driven, reliable, detail oriented, and demonstrate a high level of professionalism.
