Job Overview
As a Staffing Coordinator/Recruiter, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our workforce by identifying, attracting, and securing top talent. Your dynamic approach to recruitment will not only enhance our talent pool but also foster a positive candidate experience. You will be the bridge between potential employees and our organization, ensuring that we bring in individuals who align with our values and goals.

What you’ll do

Engage in proactive talent acquisition strategies, utilizing various platforms including social media management and HR sourcing techniques to attract candidates.
Conduct thorough interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' skills and cultural fit, ensuring a seamless hiring process.
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and provide expert guidance on recruitment best practices.
Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding, including employee orientation and training & development initiatives.
Utilize Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) such as Lever, iCIMS, or Workday to streamline recruitment processes and maintain accurate records.
Develop strong relationships with candidates through effective communication skills and relationship management strategies.
Stay informed about employment & labor law to ensure compliance throughout the hiring process.
Support internal recruiting efforts while also exploring executive recruiting opportunities for specialized roles.

Preferred qualifications

Proven experience in recruiting or staffing coordination within a fast-paced environment.
Strong negotiation skills with the ability to influence hiring decisions positively.
Familiarity with HRIS systems such as Paychex, ADP, or UltiPro for managing employee data effectively.
Experience in campus recruitment initiatives to attract emerging talent from educational institutions.
Knowledge of sales principles and lead generation techniques that can enhance recruitment efforts.
