KSMO Orthopedics LLC is seeking to hire a Full-Time Front Desk Coordinator to help ensure that our patients are getting the care and treatments they need to heal and return to normal life. RESPONSIBILITIES

Greet and welcome patients and visitors in a courteous and professional manner.
Manage the clinic's appointment schedule, including booking, rescheduling, and confirming appointments.
Answer and direct phone calls, handle inquiries, and provide information about clinic services.
Check patients in and out, ensuring accurate collection of personal and insurance information
Maintain a clean and organized front desk and waiting area.
Assist with administrative tasks, including filing, faxing, and data entry.
Communicate effectively with medical staff to ensure smooth patient flow and optimal care delivery.
Handle sensitive patient information with confidentiality and professionalism.

QUALIFICATIONS

High School Diploma (GED) is a minimum requirement.
Ability to sit for extended periods of time
Ability to multi-task and prioritize
Ability to handle high call volume and handle or route calls correctly
Excellent verbal communication skills
Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills

A DAY IN THE LIFE OF AN FRONT DESK COORDINATOR

As a Front Desk Coordinator, you are directly involved in ensuring that we deliver patient-focused care at all times. You ensure that our patients feel welcomed and attended to and that their visit or call goes smoothly and efficiently. The Front Desk Coordinator is the first point of contact for our patients and plays a critical role in creating a positive first impression. This position is responsible for managing the front desk operations, including greeting patients, scheduling appointments, and handling administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a professional demeanor, and a passion for providing outstanding customer service.

WORK SCHEDULE

The typical schedule is an 8.5-hour day Monday-Friday
