Creekside Chiropractic & Performance Center in Sheboygan, WI, is seeking a Patient Care Coordinator / Front Desk Receptionist to join our dedicated team. What You’ll Do

As the first point of contact for our patients, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring their experience is smooth and positive. Your responsibilities will include:

Greeting and welcoming patients with warmth and professionalism.
Managing appointment scheduling and patient check-ins/check-outs.
Answering phone calls and addressing inquiries with care and efficiency.
Maintaining accurate patient records and handling administrative tasks.
Supporting the team in creating a comfortable and organized environment.

What We’re Looking For

We’re seeking someone with:

At least 1 year of experience in a similar role.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
A friendly and approachable demeanor.
Previous knowledge of chiropractic care or general healthcare office operations (a plus!).
