Job Overview

We are seeking an energetic and motivated Homecare Sales Representative to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be the driving force behind expanding our homecare product offerings and building strong relationships with healthcare providers, patients, and community partners. Your passion for sales combined with your technical expertise will help us deliver innovative solutions that improve lives. This position offers an exciting opportunity to lead territory management, conduct compelling product demonstrations, and close deals that make a meaningful impact on our clients’ well-being.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain relationships with hospitals, rehabilitation centers, skilled nursing facilities, assisted living communities, senior communities, physician offices, social workers, case managers, discharge planners, and other referral sources.
Generate qualified leads and referrals for home care services.
Conduct regular in-person visits to potential referral partners.
Introduce and promote the agency's home care services to healthcare professionals, families, seniors, and community organizations.
Follow up with prospective clients and referral sources by phone, email, and in person.
Attend networking events, senior events, healthcare events, community meetings, and other outreach opportunities.
Identify new business development opportunities and potential referral partnerships.
Maintain consistent communication with existing referral partners.
Track leads, referrals, follow-ups, visits, and client conversions.
Work closely with agency management and the care team to ensure a smooth transition from referral to client admission.
Assist with marketing campaigns, community outreach, presentations, and promotional events.
Meet established weekly and monthly sales, referral, and client acquisition goals.
Represent the agency professionally and maintain confidentiality of client and business information.

Requirements

Previous experience in home care sales, healthcare marketing, business development, community outreach, or outside sales preferred.
Knowledge of the Pennsylvania home care or healthcare industry is a plus.
Strong communication, networking, and relationship-building skills.
Comfortable making cold calls and approaching new referral sources.
Self-motivated and able to work independently in the field.
Strong organizational and follow-up skills.
Ability to meet sales and performance goals.
Professional appearance and communication skills.
Basic computer skills and experience using email, Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, or CRM systems.
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for community visits.
Ability to travel throughout the assigned Pennsylvania territory.
