Schedule: Monday–Thursday, 8:00 a.m. – 4:30 p.m.

What You’ll Do

Perform accurate data entry and reporting using Microsoft Office programs

What We’re Looking For

Minimum 2 years of administrative assistant experience (recruiting support preferred)
At least 1 year of data entry experience
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
Strong organizational and time management skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
High attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to occasionally lift up to 50 lbs
Business professional dress required
