Summary

We are seeking a part time Accounts Payable Specialist to join our dynamic team in the US. In this role, you will play a crucial part in managing our financial transactions and ensuring the accuracy of our accounts payable processes, contributing directly to Sawgrass' mission of delivering exceptional products.

Work Hours & Location

Four hours per day (M-F), either 8:00 - 12:00 or 9:00 - 1:00. Potential for hybrid work after training period.

Responsibilities

Process accounts payable transactions accurately and timely.
Maintain vendor relationships and resolve any discrepancies.
Ensure compliance with GAAP and internal controls.
Perform account reconciliations and assist with month-end closing.
Utilize financial software for data entry and reporting.
Assist with order / RMA entry.
Back up for sales invoicing / credit card processing.
Back up for eCommerce sales invoice entry.

Qualifications

Proven experience in accounts payable or a similar accounting role.
Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Workday).
Excellent data entry skills with attention to detail.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret financial data.
Effective communication skills for vendor interactions.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Experience with payroll management is a plus.
