Job Overview
Join our dynamic team as a Regional Foodservice Specialist , where your enthusiasm and passion for innovative food concepts will drive customer engagement and sales success.

This is a remote position that travels through assigned territory for new business opportunities for Branded Concepts and Foodservice Programs of Henry’s Foods.

Territory covered is ND, SD and Eastern Montana.

Duties

Travels through assigned territory to new business opportunities for Branded Concepts and Foodservice Programs of Henry’s Foods. (Wakefast, Mottzaria, Tecos Tacos, Deli Max and Java Classics)
Cold calls to potential customers to present concepts and programs to prospective customers, focusing on convenience stores; follow up on show and other leads.
Seek out referrals for new business opportunities; utilize existing relationships to gain referrals.
Develop and close deals.
Increase sales with current customers and acquire new business.
Meets sales and profitability goals through effective planning, presentation, and negotiation.
Utilizes data to identify potential clients and prepares compelling sales presentations.
Move working leads through each stage of the sales process to close.
Develops and implements strategic plans to manage and grow key accounts within C-store delis.
Provides insights and recommendations to the Director of Foodservice.
Attends food shows and assists in setting up and tearing down.
Maintains and strengthens relationships with existing clients, ensuring their needs are met.
Collaborates with internal teams to align efforts and optimize outcomes. (Marketing, Sales Strategy and Customer Service)
Effectively plans and organizes to complete job duties successfully; meeting annual goals set forth by management.
Log Key Daily Activities.
Work closely with the sales team within sales territory.
Maintains professionalism, diplomacy, understanding, and courtesy to represent the organization with a good reputation.
Maintains accurate records, including expense reports and personal mileage forms.

Experience

Preferred experience in convenience stores, restaurants, or deli operations.
Proven sales closer with foodservice or foodservice programs.
Previous experience in food service, retail sales, or customer-facing roles is preferred but not required.
Strong communication skills with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly and engagingly
Ability to work energetically and independently while maintaining attention to detail

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $55,000.00 per year
