Full Job Description

Position Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Audio Video System Project Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of A/V projects from conception to completion. This includes overseeing the design, installation, testing, and maintenance of various audio visual systems, such as sound systems, video systems, and digital signage.

Key Responsibilities

· Plan, coordinate and manage all phases of the audio visual system project from start to finish, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget and to the required quality standards.

· Develop project plans, budgets, schedules, and resource allocation plans to ensure project success.

· Manage and oversee the installation of various audio visual systems, including sound systems, video conferencing systems, and digital signage.

· Work closely with clients, architects, contractors, and vendors to ensure that all requirements are met.

· Ensure that all equipment and components are properly tested and calibrated to meet specifications and quality standards.

· Manage project documentation, including project plans, status reports, change orders, and other project-related documents.

· Provide training and support to clients on the proper use of audio visual systems.

· Continuously monitor and evaluate project progress, identifying and resolving any issues that may arise.

Requirements

· Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or Information Technology.

· Proven experience managing audio visual system projects from start to finish.

· Strong project management skills, including project planning, budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation.

· Extensive knowledge of audio visual systems, including sound systems, video conferencing systems, and digital signage.

· Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, architects, contractors, and vendors.

· Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.

· Familiarity with project management software tools, such as Microsoft Project or similar software.

· Ability to travel to project sites as required.
